Who hires us

Built for the way your team buys.

We've shaped this practice around the patterns we see most — match yours against the list.

  • Post-Series-A SaaS

Companies extending their core team with a senior pod that ships independently against the next-stage roadmap.

  • Enterprise innovation

Building a new product line that must survive past the founder's involvement and clear internal security review.

  • B2B SaaS at the inflection point

Going from 'single-tenant for our biggest 5 customers' to multi-tenant at 100+ customers without re-architecting twice.

  • White-label platforms

Building SaaS that you'll license to enterprises under their brand — multi-tenant + theming + tenant-isolated data.

  • Vertical SaaS in BFSI

Banking, insurance and fintech SaaS where regulatory controls aren't a Phase 2 add-on.

  • AI-native products

Products with GenAI / RAG / ML at the core — engineered with MLOps, evaluation harnesses and governance from sprint one.

Service overview

In depth — how this practice runs.

The long-form view of what we build, how we sequence it, and the stacks we run.

Building a product is different from building a project — the deliverable is the roadmap, not the release. Redian Software runs product-development engagements as long-lived engineering pods that own architecture, quality and cadence from MVP through the twenty-fifth release. CMMI Level 3 Appraised, ISO 27001 and 9001 certified, with 200+ enterprises shipped over nine years across Noida, Nairobi, Dubai, London and New York.

What we build

  • Founder-led SaaS products taken from concept to Series A-ready platform.
  • Corporate product lines launched from inside banks, insurers or enterprises with regulator-aware controls from day one.
  • Vertical SaaS — banking, insurance, energy, healthcare and property products taken from vertical thesis to multi-tenant launch.
  • Existing product extension — new modules, integrations and platform pieces added to a live product without derailing the roadmap.
  • Product replatforming — moving a maturing product off its MVP stack onto a scale-ready backbone without a big-bang rewrite.

Who we build this for

  • Founders scaling past first product-market fit and needing to industrialise engineering
  • Corporate intrapreneurs launching a new product from inside a regulated group
  • Product companies whose engineering team is at capacity and cannot hire fast enough
  • Investors backing a product that needs technical rescue or acceleration
  • Enterprise IT groups building an internal product for reuse across business units

Our approach

Discovery — product blueprint, target user, revenue model, regulator posture and a shortlist of first-quarter releases. Design — service blueprint, clickable prototype, tokenised design system that supports multi-brand rollout later. Engineering — a long-lived pod (product engineer, full-stack, mobile, QA, DevOps and a fractional architect) shipping working software in UAT every two weeks. Adoption instrumentation — analytics, feature flags, cohort dashboards and NPS from launch. Run and evolution — SLA-backed support, monthly release train, quarterly product reviews with revenue and NPS both on the table. Timelines and roadmaps are agreed at the end of Discovery, in writing.

Why Redian for product development

  • Long-lived teams — the same engineers ship your first release and your fiftieth, not a rotating pool.
  • CMMI Level 3 Appraised delivery discipline — even in a fast product cadence, code is versioned, reviewed and observable.
  • Regulator-aware architecture — if you are in fintech, insurance or health, you get controls that survive Series A due diligence and enterprise procurement.
  • Design-in-house — product design, engineering and quality under one accountable team.
  • 9+ years, 200+ enterprises — the platform patterns are proven under real load and audit.
  • Multi-region delivery — Noida, Nairobi, Dubai, London and New York.
  • Full IP transfer — code in your Git, infra in your cloud, documented handover to your team whenever you want it.

Where we have delivered

Why Redian

What makes us different.

Independent reasons clients pick us over Big-4 firms, boutique agencies and offshore vendors.

  • Long-lived pods

Same engineers across years. Average pod tenure 2.5 years. Longest current engagement: 6 years. Institutional knowledge compounds.

  • Production-grade defaults

Multi-tenancy, RBAC, audit trails, observability and SOC 2 readiness on by default — not bolted on for Series B due-diligence.

  • Senior product engineers

Architects, tech leads and senior full-stack on every pod. People who've shipped 3+ products to scale, not learn-on-your-product juniors.

  • Outcome-aligned commercials

Pod-based pricing, quarterly OKR reviews, 2-week notice after the minimum term. No annual contracts, no lock-in.

How is Product Development different from Custom Software Development?

Custom software is typically a fixed-scope build for a specific business problem. Product engineering is a long-lived team building and evolving a product across years — with shared ownership of product direction, multi-tenant architecture, monetisation and SOC 2 readiness baked in.

Do you do white-label products or only own-brand?

Both. Most engagements are own-brand for the client (we don't get visible badge). We've also built white-label SaaS for enterprises licensing the product to their customers. IP transfer terms are clean in both cases — full ownership with you.

Can you do SOC 2 / ISO readiness as part of the build?

Yes. Audit trails, access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, log retention, vulnerability management, incident response runbooks — all designed in from day one. We've taken multiple SaaS products from zero to SOC 2 Type II readiness during the build.

Do you build multi-tenant SaaS architecture?

Yes — proper tenant isolation (schema-per-tenant or row-level depending on scale), RBAC, configurable workflows, white-labelling, tenant-specific feature flags. We've built multi-tenant SaaS that scaled from 5 customers to 500+ without re-architecture.

What's a typical Product Development engagement length?

3–12 month minimum to start, average tenure 2.5 years, longest current engagement 6 years. Product engineering only works long-term — short engagements end up as expensive custom dev.

Can you take over an existing product codebase?

Yes — about 40% of our product engagements are takeovers from another vendor or in-house team. Short audit (architecture, debt, test coverage, customer impact), then a stabilisation plan before new features. The stabilisation shape is agreed after the audit against your actual codebase.

Do you handle customer migrations and onboarding tooling?

Yes — self-serve onboarding, data importers, SSO integration (Okta, Auth0, Azure AD), white-glove migration tooling that scales past the first 10 customers. The internal admin and ops tooling that lets your team run the product without engineering in the loop.
