Pavan founded Redian Software in 2016 to put domain expertise back into enterprise software delivery — to bridge the gap between what regulated industries need and what consultancies typically ship. An engineer by training and an MBA from FMS Delhi (Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University), Pavan has spent the last decade building banking, insurance and AI/ML platforms for enterprises across the USA, UK, Africa, the UAE and India. Under his leadership, Redian has grown from a small Noida studio into a multi-region delivery organisation serving 200+ enterprises, with a CMMI Level 3 Appraised delivery practice and deep BFSI heritage.
