How long does a Zoho One implementation take?

Standard SME Zoho One: 8–12 weeks. Mid-market multi-app rollout: 12–16 weeks. Multi-country enterprise rollout: 4–8 months. We ship working software in UAT every two weeks regardless of total length.

Can you customise beyond what standard Zoho offers?
