What we deliver

The capabilities our Migration to SuiteCRM engineers ship.

Production patterns from real engagements — not a stack-marketing checklist.

  • 01

    Data migration

Extract, cleanse, deduplicate, validate. Three-cycle trial migration to UAT sandbox. Rollback procedures contracted.

  • 02

    Customisation mapping

Bring across custom fields, workflows, validations, scripts. We map source customisations to SuiteCRM equivalents or build new.

  • 03

    Integration porting

Payment, telephony (Twilio, Aircall), accounting (QuickBooks, Tally), marketing automation. Built-in integrations or custom-built.

  • 04

    Parallel-run cutover

Old and new CRM running side-by-side until reconciliation confirms cutover. Rollback path live throughout.

  • 05

    Training & adoption

Role-based training, internal champions, gamification, post-go-live coaching. Adoption is the entire reason we exist.

  • 06

    Post-migration optimisation

Quarterly business reviews, optimisation sprints, integration extensions, security patching.

Migration to SuiteCRM in depth

Inside our Migration to SuiteCRM practice.

The long-form view of how we approach Migration to SuiteCRM engagements.

Migrations done right

Most CRM migrations fail because they treat data movement as the whole task. It's about 30% of the work. The other 70% is customisation mapping, integration porting, user training and adoption — the parts where most migrations leak value.

What we migrate

  • Salesforce → SuiteCRM — when licensing has outgrown the budget or data sovereignty becomes critical
  • Sugar Professional / Sell → SuiteCRM — same code lineage, smoother than other migrations
  • Zoho → SuiteCRM — when an open-source future fits better
  • Microsoft Dynamics → SuiteCRM — common pattern when consolidating
  • Custom / legacy CRM → SuiteCRM — anything from spreadsheets to in-house systems

What we deliver

  • Data migration with three-cycle trial migration to UAT
  • Customisation mapping — bringing across custom fields, workflows, integrations
  • Integration porting — payment, telephony, accounting, marketing
  • Parallel-run cutover — old and new running side-by-side until cutover proven safe
  • Training and adoption programme
Why Redian for Migration to SuiteCRM

What makes our Migration to SuiteCRM practice different.

Independent reasons clients pick us over freelancers, agencies and large consultancies.

  • SuiteCRM since 2016

We're a long-running [SuiteCRM specialist](/expertise/crm/suitecrm). We know the target, not just the source.

  • Three-cycle migration

Trial migrate three times to UAT before any live cutover. Most migrations skip this — and pay for it at cutover.

  • Adoption-first

70% of our migration effort is change management, not data movement. That's why our migrations stick.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you wanted to ask before the call.

Don't see your question? Ask us directly →

How long does a CRM migration to SuiteCRM take?

Salesforce → SuiteCRM with moderate customisation: 12–16 weeks. Sugar → SuiteCRM (same lineage): 8–12 weeks. Microsoft Dynamics → SuiteCRM: 14–20 weeks. Legacy custom CRM → SuiteCRM: depends on the source.

Will we lose customisations?

We map source customisations to SuiteCRM equivalents. Some require re-implementation (different platform = different mechanics) but the business logic translates. We document every customisation and its target before migration starts.

What about Salesforce's reports and dashboards?

Re-built in SuiteCRM's reporting engine. The data flows in; the reports get rebuilt in the new platform. We don't pretend Salesforce reports magically work in SuiteCRM.

Can we go back to Salesforce if SuiteCRM doesn't work for us?

Yes — old CRM stays read-only for 30 days post-cutover, with rollback path active. We've never had to use it, but it's there.
