Seamless East Africa is the region's largest fintech, retail and identity conference — held in Nairobi each July. Redian Software attended the 2025 edition with our CEO, VP-Sales and Africa Regional team.

What we heard

• Mobile money rails dominate — every BFSI conversation in Kenya routes through M-Pesa. Integration depth is now table-stakes, not a differentiator.
• SACCO digitisation is accelerating — Kenya's SACCOs are moving to digital-first core platforms at unprecedented pace. We covered this in our SACCO management system blog post.
• Cross-border payment innovation is happening — but the underlying infrastructure remains uneven, creating opportunities for fintech aggregators.
• AI in BFSI is past the pilot stage — East African banks are now in deployment mode for document intelligence, fraud and credit decisioning.

Our Africa Regional Headquarters is in Nairobi. Seamless East Africa is where our team meets bank CIOs, fintech founders, SACCO leaders and regulators in concentrated format. It's also where partnerships with East African insurers, brokers and aggregators start.
