Outcomes that show up in production

The numbers we move.

Real benchmarks from four dimensions our clients measure us against.

  • 8–12 wk

    From idea to production

With paying users, not a demo

  • $60–180K

    Typical MVP cost

    Fixed price after discovery sprint

  • 70%

    Of MVP clients renew

  • 100%

Your code, your cloud, your brand

What we deliver

Everything in the box.

Comprehensive scope — designed to remove the gaps where most engagements typically slip.

  • 01

    Discovery & shaping

Problem framing, user interviews, success metrics, ruthless scope cut. Interactive prototype validated with real users before code.

  • 02

    Production-grade infrastructure

Auth (Auth.js / Clerk), payments (Stripe), RBAC, audit trail, observability, CI/CD. The same things we'd put in a $1M build — on day one.

  • 03

    Working software every sprint

Two-week iteration cycles. Demo to your team every Friday. No 'reveal in 12 weeks' surprises.

  • 04

    Lightweight admin console

Your founding team operates the product without us in the loop. Feature flags, user management, support tooling — built in, not Phase 2.

  • 05

    Launch & hardening

Beta, performance budgets, hotfix bandwidth, staged production rollout. Hypercare for the first month post-launch.

  • 06

    Handover or retainer

Clean codebase your in-house team can extend, plus documented architecture and runbooks. Optional 3–12 month iteration retainer if you want us to stay.

Who hires us

Built for the way your team buys.

We've shaped this practice around the patterns we see most — match yours against the list.

  • Pre-seed & seed founders

Raising the next round — need a real product, not a Figma click-through, to close investors.

  • Series A scale-ups

Validated a paid wedge, ready to ship the productised version to a wider market in 90 days.

  • Enterprise innovation teams

Spinning out a new product line that needs to clear security review and ship under a different brand.

  • AI-first founders

Building products with GenAI / RAG at the core — need MLOps and evaluation in the MVP, not bolted on later.

  • Fintech & BFSI MVPs

Regulated MVPs that need real KYC, payment integration and audit trails from day one.

  • Marketplace & on-demand

Two-sided products with payments, identity, ratings and mobile — built to scale past the first 100 customers.

Transparent, milestone-driven, with clear owners and timeframes at every stage.

  1. 01Week 0

    Scoping call

30-minute call. We send a written scope, fixed-price proposal and launch date within 48 hours. NDA on request.

  2. 02Week 1

    Discovery sprint

Problem framing, user interviews, scope cut, success metrics. Interactive prototype validated with target users.

  3. 03Weeks 2–9

    Build cycles

Two-week iteration cycles, working software each Friday. Production infrastructure live in week 2. Weekly stakeholder demo.

  4. 04Weeks 10–11

    Beta & hardening

Closed beta with 10–50 real users. Performance budgets, security pass, hotfix bandwidth. Staged production rollout.

  5. 05Week 12

    Launch & hypercare

Public launch. Daily monitoring. Hotfix support 24/7 for the first 2 weeks. Marketing-tech integration support.

  6. 06Month 4+

    Iterate or hand over

About 70% of clients renew for a 3–12 month iteration retainer. The other 30% take the codebase in-house — clean handover, no lock-in.

Service overview

In depth — how this practice runs.

The long-form view of what we build, how we sequence it, and the stacks we run.

Built to launch, not just to demo

Most MVP shops ship a prototype that wins the demo and dies at the first 100 paying customers. We build MVPs that go live in 8–12 weeks and survive the next two years — production auth, payments, observability and admin tooling on day one, designed to scale without a rewrite.

Who we build MVPs for

  • Founders raising a seed/Series A who need a real product, not a Figma click-through, to close the round.
  • Scale-ups spinning out a new product line that needs to ship under a different brand.
  • Enterprise innovation teams running a regulated pilot that has to clear security review on day one.

What's in the box

  • Discovery sprint (1 week) — problem framing, user interviews, success metrics, scope cut.
  • Design system & IA — interactive prototype validated with real users before code.
  • Production infrastructure — Auth.js / Clerk, Stripe billing, RBAC, audit trail, observability (Sentry, OpenTelemetry), CI/CD.
  • Lightweight admin — your founding team operates the product without us in the loop.
  • Launch & first-month support — staged rollout, performance monitoring, hotfix bandwidth.
  • Optional retainer for iteration after launch.

Stacks we ship MVPs on

Next.js (App Router) · Node.js / TypeScript · Postgres / Drizzle / Prisma · MongoDB · Auth.js / Clerk · Stripe · React Native / Flutter (when mobile is part of the MVP) · Vercel / Render / AWS / Azure.

Engagement & timeline

  • Week 0–1 — discovery and design sprint
  • Week 2–9 — two-week iteration cycles, weekly demo, working software at every milestone
  • Week 10–12 — beta, hardening, launch
  • Optional post-launch retainer for 3–12 months

What you walk away with

A live product in production · clean codebase your in-house team can extend or hire against · documented architecture · runbook · admin console. We're hired for the next phase about 70% of the time — but we set you up to never need us back.

Why Redian

What makes us different.

Independent reasons clients pick us over Big-4 firms, boutique agencies and offshore vendors.

  • Fixed price, fixed launch date

Contract specifies the launch date and price ceiling. No 'time and materials' creep. We absorb scope-cut decisions, not invoice creep.

  • Production-grade from day one

Auth, payments, observability, CI/CD wired in week one. Not a prototype that needs a rewrite to scale.

  • Full IP transfer

Your GitHub, your cloud, your brand. No 'powered by Redian' badge. No lock-in. Code documented for in-house extension from sprint one.

  • Senior engineers only

Architects and senior product engineers on every MVP. Not learn-on-your-MVP juniors fronted as senior.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you wanted to ask before the first call.

Don't see your question? Ask us directly →

How long does it take to launch an MVP?

8–12 weeks from kickoff to production launch with paying users. Week 0–1 is discovery and design, weeks 2–9 are two-week iteration cycles, weeks 10–12 are beta, hardening and launch. We commit to a launch date in the contract.

What's a typical MVP cost?

$60K–$180K depending on complexity, stack and team size. A typical SaaS MVP with auth, payments, admin and a web + mobile front-end lands around $120K. We give a fixed price after the discovery sprint — no time-and-materials creep.

Will I own the IP and source code?

Yes — full IP transfer is standard. Code lives in your GitHub from day one, runs in your cloud account, and is documented for handover to your in-house team. We do not retain any IP, copyright or usage rights in your product.

What does 'production-grade from day one' actually mean?

Auth (Auth.js / Clerk), payments (Stripe), RBAC, audit trail, observability (Sentry, OpenTelemetry), CI/CD, automated tests, error boundaries, performance budgets — all wired in from week one. Not 'we'll add that later'. The exact same things we'd put in a $1M build.

Do you stay on after launch for iteration?

Optional — most clients keep us on a 3–12 month retainer post-launch for feature iteration based on user feedback. About 70% of MVP clients renew into a Product Development engagement. We're equally happy handing over to your in-house team.

Can you build mobile + web together in an MVP?

Yes if the use-case needs both. We typically default to web-first (faster to ship, easier to iterate on) with React Native or Flutter for mobile if it's core to the product. For a 10-week MVP we recommend picking one and adding the other in Phase 2.

Do you do white-label MVPs we can launch under our brand?

Yes — most MVPs we build are own-brand for the client. We don't ship a 'powered by Redian' badge. The product is yours, your brand, your domain.
